7-10 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Additional shipping charges may apply for this option.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HairFixer.org, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair treatment product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

1. â€‹Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1.1 Returns: You may return your hair treatment product within 7 days from the date of purchase if it meets the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in resalable condition with no signs of tampering or damage.

1.2 Exchanges: We accept exchanges for hair treatment products if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return and Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2.1 Contact Customer Care: Please reach out to our customer care team via email or phone to request a return or exchange. Provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Details of the item(s) being returned or exchanged

2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer care team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, if applicable. This RA number must be included with the returned item(s) for identification and processing.

2.3 Packaging and Shipment: Ensure that the item(s) being returned or exchanged are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came with the product. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer care team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to our error.

2.4 Return and Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or process the exchange accordingly. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, and exchanges will be sent as soon as possible.

 

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
